Refocusing on the blog!!

Okay, so I haven't wrote on here in awhile because basically I was going to update it with new recipes and reviews on beauty products. But Ugh I just haven't had the time to sit down and bake anything yummy or try in beauty products. So I am refocusing on this blog and just going to make it about my everyday life and what goes on! If I cook new stuff I will post! If I try a new beauty product I will let you know!!!

4th of July - Pasta Salad

Pasta Salad
I love this Pasta Salad. My mom has made this for as long as I can remember. It is very simple and taste awesome! I made this for 4th of July.

I hope that everyone had a great 4th of July! I just hung out with Rodney’s family. We bbq’d ribs, hamburger, hot dogs, brats, Italian sausage, and chicken. We also had corn on the cob, potato salad, baked beans, and pasta salad as side dishes. A very simple, but fun 4th of July!

Here is the simple recipe:
• 1 package of tri-colored spiral noodles
• Cheese - cubed (I used colby-jack here)
• Black Olives - sliced
• Green Olives - sliced
• Tomatoes - diced
• Pepperoni slices - (I used a stick and cut it up, but slices work great too)
• Italian Dressing
Cook the pasta according to the directions on the package. Drain. Run cold water until cool. Add Italian Dressing and stir into pasta. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir it all up. That is it!!
I use about 3/4 of the bottle of Italian dressing, but it depends on your preference.

Chocolate Sugar Cookies!

Made one of my favorite types of cookies today! Chocolate Sugar Cookies. Over to the left is how they turned out! They are so yummy and Rodney’s favorite cookies that I bake! They are sweet, but not too sweet. Almost like a light and fluffy brownie, but a cookie.

I work full time running a skincare website that sells skincare and haircare products. I also coach Gymnastics part time a few nights a week which I love. I have two cats Baby and Princess they are both 5 years old(I will post pictures soon). I have awesome and totally wonderful boyfriend Rodney, and we have been together for over 5 years!
